》Abstract Guidelines《

​

1. Abstract Submission

1. Abstracts may be submitted in Chinese, English, or Japanese.

​

2. Please complete the submission form, provide your personal information, and upload an abstract, including keywords: Chinese (within 500 characters), English (within 350 words), Japanese: (within 650 characters). Submission is complete only after the abstract is successfully uploaded.

3. Following the review process, notification of acceptance will be sent to first-round authors on March 10, 2026, and to second-round authors on April 15, 2026. Accepted authors will be invited to submit a long abstract.

2. Long Abstract

1. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be asked to submit an long abstract, which will be provided to each session moderators.

​

2. Length requirements: Chinese, up to 1500 characters; English, up to 1000 words; Japanese, up to 1800 characters (excluding notes and references).

​

3. Format Requirements:

(1) Page size: A4, margins of 2.50 cm on all sides.
(2) Font size: 14 pt (bold for the title); 12 pt for the main text.
(3) Font: DFKai-SB (標楷體) for Chinese; Times New Roman for English.
(4) Line spacing: 1.5, justified alignment.
(5) Notes: placed at the bottom of each page.
